The Plug create works of art, they make floors that are brought to life inspired by colors and shapes as if they were canvases on which to impress emotions and feelings, we are talking about a Belgian artist that lives and works in Luxemburg.
She has dedicated herself to Graffiti art up til now, and has decided to realize a completely different work, an open installation, through which the visitor can interact with the surrounding space, walking within a room embellished with fragments lit, causing mixed emotions and unexpected.
“If The Kids Are United”, is the title of this work, that, as affirmed by the artist, is the repetition of an emotion he felt in a room in an abandoned building, where he was the realization of some graffiti.
The timid light illuminated a hidden corner of room, aroused in him an unexpected warmth and different emotions that he wanted to implement in its installation.
Through the reintroduction of the exact window of the floor and the distance between them, the artist has created a work that revolves around the feelings: to the heat due to light just mentioned, and especially to the intense cold prevailing in the surrounding darkness.
